Hope Health Organization Ozoro (HHO) was established in 2004 as a non for profit community-based organization with her head office in Ozoro in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. It is duly registered with the delta State government under the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development and ministry of Women Affairs Asaba, delta State. She is also registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Throughout its operations, Hope Health Organization has partnered with numerous networks to enhance the health and well-being of citizens, particularly in the rural communities of Delta State.

Currently, HHO is implementing the PEPFAR/CDC-funded SPEED project under the Excellent Community Education Welfare Scheme (ECEWS). This project encompasses a broad range of interventions, including HIV/AIDS care and support services, Income Generating Activities (IGAs), Vocational Skill Training (VST) for out-of-school adolescents, Educational Performance Assessment (EPA) and monitoring for in-school children, Nutritional Assessment, Counseling and Support (NACS), Gender-Based Violence (GBV) interventions, and psychosocial support targeting the most vulnerable children and their households.
